Floral Mask Happy New Year Card [and How to use mask in Photoshop]

You can create a nice celebrating card with Photoshop by applying mask.

It is a nice and easy way, your card will be different. 

Happy new year .
That is another greeting card from arts of photos for the new year.It is different type of photo shop art for making cards. This art shows flowers and stars had been scratched from the light background ,to show the under lying colored background.It iscompletely different than what I did before.


Very easy and nice lesson . It gives a nice effect .Try it yourself.


 HOW TO DESIGN THIS CARD ? 



First of all open new photo shop document

1. Open new document of dimensions 850 w x 650 h, and transparent background.
2.  Add new layer ,click the custom shape tool , choose any shape from the options bar, and choose the style you like.and draw with your mouse .
3. Click on the vector mask thumbnail and delete it as shown in the diagram.
4. You will see the style you choose covered the entire working area .
5. With the rectangle marquee tool(M)make a selection all around the  art photo.Put the color of the foreground to that light brown color ,and from the edit menu  choose Fill then choose foreground color.
6. Under the custom shape tool you will find the ellipse tool,and polygon tool and some others to use for drawing .
7.  Start to draw and design your art photo as you like.
8. Use free transform tool and layer style to fix your  art photo and give your own touch .
9. Add new layer and use the type tool to write what you want.
10.  Save your work and art photo .
