Nice Fruit plate

I wanted to do something different for my grandson so I designed that design like a frame around his photo .
It's like a fruit plate and he is one of that fruits .This design is hard for the beginners ,I will explain it after some time when we enter in the depth of photoshop hoping that you will still following my tips .
I used layer mask and filters.
