How To Make Your Photo Looks Like Cartoon ? with video

Some times we are tired of the look of our photos ,so we want new look for it .
That is the way to give your pictures the look of cartoon.

1. Open the picture in Photoshop .
2. Double click the Background layer and change it to normal layer and rename it to original.
3. Duplicate the original layer by pressing Ctrl +J to cope it. 
4. Double click on the text of the new layer (original copy) to  Rename it to sketch.
5. Hide the original layer by clicking the eye icon.
6. Put the foreground colour to black ,and the background color to white .
7. Select - Filter > sketch >stamp .
8. Adjust-Light -Dark Balance & Smoothness .Until you are satisfied with the results,then click ok .
9. Highlight the original layer & make it visible .Make the sketch layer invisible .
10. Select the Eyedropper Tool .Get a sample of the color of the skin of the original photo with the eyedropper.
11. Select the Brush Tool.  Select a soft brush.
12. Create a new layer above the sketch layer ,then start brushing all over the face .Put the layer mode to multiply . 
13. Select the Eraser Tool ,erase the excess parts .
14. Right click the brush layer and select Merge Down to merge it onto the sketch layer .
15. Highlight the original layer & make it visible again, and sample the lips .Make all the other layers invisible.
16. Repeat from step 11 - 13 to add color for lips
17. Select the Blur Tool, brush the Blur Tool over the edges of the lips so you will make it smoother . Right click the layer and select Merge Down.
18. Repeat the same steps for the eye.
19.  Save your work.
